“ We are delighted with our kitchen extension and re-modelling of our ground floor - it is even more impressive than we had hoped for. Michael and his team were excellent and couldn't have been better. Their standard of work far surpasses any other we have had and I would deifnitely use them again and recommend them to friends. The team worked incredibly hard, they were always on site when they were supposed to be, they finished the build on time, the guys were always polite and considerate. Michael consulted us about everything and helped us to make decisions about cosmetic details that have proved to be important such as the levelling of the old and new ceiling. Michael had a site manager but he also came very frequently to oversee the work and talk to us about progress and plans. There were no problems for us during the build - it went very smoothly. They created a fully functioning kitchen in our front room with sink, washer, dryer and even put our old cupboards on the wall so that made the job much easier to live through. After hearing lots of horror stories of building jobs running over by weeks or even months and quality being below expectations we were a little apprehensive about embarking on a build but all our concerns were allayed by Michael and his team. Michael pre-agreed a weekly schedule which was delivered on every week. Michael kept us completely informed throughout and even went out of his way to get quite hard to find bricks that matched our existing brickwork. Having never been through this before, it was quite an undertaking for me and, admittedly, somewhat stressful. He also seeks your advice on occasions when there are options rather than just assuming he knows what you want - and is quite patient with explaining things too!
